Each piece that enters Vittoria's is sorted into one of three houses, Heritage, Storage, or Discreet. Below, the full register: what we do, how we do it, and what it costs. All prices in USD. Discretion is included as standard.
Seamless sophistication. Discreet luxury.
Our heritage line, reserved for pieces with sentimental and monetary value in equal measure. Bridal lace, christening gowns, family veils, and the occasional inheritance that arrives without paperwork.
Every garment is logged, photographed, and assigned a master cleaner from intake to return. Restoration, replacement of missing threads, and re-blocking are performed in-house by artisans trained at the Brambilla atelier in Como.
Climate-controlled. Off-ledger. By invitation.
A private climate-controlled facility beneath our Mott Street atelier. Members store furs, couture, bridalwear, and on occasion, items that would rather not be in the home.
Each Vault locker is identified by a private reference number known only to the member and the head of house. No staff besides the head of house may access the floor. No CCTV. No access logs.
After-hours pressing. Door-to-door.
Soft to the touch, light as a shadow. For clients who prefer their cleaning to take place while the city sleeps.
A black town car collects between 11pm and 4am. Garments are pressed, inspected, and returned to your door before sunrise. No receipts. No ledger entries. Cash settlement on collection.
Smaller commissions, taken à la carte. Each is performed by a single craftsman and ticketed against your reference. Quoted prices are a starting point; the finer the work, the quieter the conversation.
Taking in, letting out, re-cutting, and re-lining. We can adjust a garment to a new owner as if it were always theirs.
Moth holes, tears, burns, and snags rewoven thread by thread. When we are finished, the damage was never there, and neither, on paper, were we.
Glazing, conditioning, and summer cold storage for fur and shearling. Held in the Vault annex at constant temperature until the first frost.
Cleaning and re-finishing for leather, suede, and exotic skins, handbags, gloves, and the occasional case that arrives heavier than it looks.
Cleaning, preservation, and sealing in an acid-free box. Once sealed and signed over, what goes in the box stays in the box.
Initials added by hand, or quietly removed. Labels, crests, and laundry marks lifted clean, so a piece can begin again under a different name.
For our standing clients, the full list of services and rates. All work performed at our Mott Street atelier unless otherwise arranged.
All transactions final. All records expunged at ninety days. Vittoria's does not retain customer information beyond statutory minimum. Your privacy is the service.
Every garment we accept is issued a ticket. Keep yours. It is the only record of your piece, and the only proof of ownership.
The ticket bears a six-character reference. The first three characters identify the house, the next three the locker. The trailing letters indicate atelier of origin.
The temperature field (47°) is set by the master cleaner at intake and is unique to each piece. Without the ticket, we cannot return your property.
Should the ticket be lost or destroyed, please attend the atelier in person with proof of identity. Recovery is sometimes possible, at the discretion of the master cleaner.
